Job details

What is the opportunity? To work in Recon department of Wealth Management Operations handling high net worth and ultra-high net worth client accounts, reconciliation and reporting.

What will you do?

  • Manually Reconcile cash, assets and book cost positions daily.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies/outstanding items on a timely basis.
  • Maintain accurate reconciliation notes on internal tracking system to reduce risk/loss.
  • Escalate problems in a timely manner to management.
  • Insert and Investigate performance deviations on a monthly basis, correct and document action.
  • Through investigation coordinate with other OPS /support teams for problem escalation.

  • Must-have Reconciliation experience
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills
  • Attention to details
  • Nice-to-have Knowledge of FMC Portfolio Accounting System
  • knowledge of Broadridge applications
  • Data Entry Experience
