In this role as the Financial Analyst, Wholesale, reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A, you will support all Canada Wholesale FP&A activities for Revenue & Margin, including reporting, target setting, and liaising with Commercial leads across the company and the USCA cluster finance teams.

About the Job
  • As a member of the Finance Team, ensure LSC's financial records and results accurately reflect the Company's financial position and comply with legal and statutory requirements, and LSCo Global reporting requirements
  • Prepare and consolidate monthly and quarterly financial results for the Wholesale business, partnering with Canada's Finance team to understand key drivers of financial statements determining their reasonableness based on knowledge of business issues and conditions
  • Identify, research, and communicate monthly and quarterly variances to prior periods, budgets and forecast
  • Prepare reporting packages for Wholesale Commercial teams, for Monthly (MBR) and Quarterly (QBR), as well as other internal operating reviews
  • Assist in the development of and scenario analysis for the Annual Financial (AFP) and Strategic Business (SBP) Plans
  • Help drive the forecast and budget process across Revenue and Margins to ensure completion of all deliverables
  • Create reports using SAP and Essbase, ensure the integrity of financial models, reporting and databases
  • Support business partners with ad hoc reporting and presentation requests
About You
  • B.A. or B.S. in Business, Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant progressive financial planning & analysis and accounting experience
  • Broad knowledge of accounting and external reporting
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Candidates should have a desire and curiosity to learn the fundamentals of the business
  • Ability to work across all management levels within an organization
  • Attitude for computers and software. Experience with SAP and Essbase, Microsoft platform

This is a hybrid position based in our Markham, Ontario office. You will be expected in office 2 days per week, typically Tuesday-Wednesday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
