What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Assist with investment closings, including documentation review, investment setup, transaction entries, and settlements
  • Update and maintain market values for private fund investments for valuation purposes
  • Perform daily cash reconciliations and process invoice payments
  • Conduct ad‑hoc analysis as requested by the manager or internal clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Undergraduate degree in Investment, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Working toward or completion of an accounting designation (CPA or CFA) is considered an asset
  • Strong ability to work independently, solve problems, and make decisions under strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with strong multitasking and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Knowledge of various types of investment products
  • Familiarity with illiquid asset classes such as infrastructure, timber, private equity, and private debt
