Job summary

Kibbi is hiring a driven wholesaler to join our Business Development team in downtown Toronto, focusing on high-volume outbound calls to financial advisors, building relationships, and introducing our Advisor Platform. You’ll play a key role in expanding our national network of Advisors by making outreach calls, booking meetings, and nurturing prospects.

You will own the outreach, book meetings, and nurture prospects, while collaborating with the team to refine messaging and exceed targets.

Qualifications

2+ years in sales, phone-based outreach, or financial services wholesaling.
Proven ability to cold call effectively and engage prospects over the phone.
History of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and conversion targets.
Comfortable hosting virtual presentations and closing business.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Experience using CRM tools.

Responsibilities

Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective financial advisors across Canada.
Engage with new and existing leads to pitch the platform and generate qualified interest.
Follow up with warm leads to maintain momentum and move them through the pipeline.
Accurately capture prospect information in the CRM to drive follow-ups.
Collaborate with B2B team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
Help shape growth strategies from frontline insights.
