Conexus Credit Union in Rocanville, Saskatchewan, is seeking a full‑time Financial Advisor to guide members toward achieving their financial goals through personalized advice and a full suite of banking, investment and lending solutions.
You will engage with members, identify needs, and build relationships while maintaining compliant records and delivering outstanding service across branches within the network.

As a full-time Financial Advisor at our branch in Rocanville, Saskatchewan, you are responsible for understanding our members’ financial goals and supporting their achievement through the provision of sound financial advice. This includes the offering and fulfillment of financial services and products to new and existing non-portfolio aligned members.
You’re a quick thinker, a keen listener and eager to help others. You’re friendly and approachable and build relationships with ease. You have deep knowledge in the psychology of money, allowing you to grasp the underlying behaviours influencing people’s financial choices, and you confidently handle sensitive information with discretion. You demonstrate a can‑do attitude and seek opportunities for enhancements and efficiencies, often sharing your learnings with others. Embracing a team‑oriented approach, you value diversity and collaborate effectively with others. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is reinforced by your unwavering dedication to ongoing learning and skill development
Salary Range: $50,180 - $62,720 with 7% Short Term Incentive Target
