A manufacturing company in Ottawa is seeking a Financial Administrator to manage payroll, accounts payable, and receivable functions. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in accounting, strong data entry skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Job Description
Reporting to the Controller, the Financial Administrator is responsible for processing and ensuring accuracy of financial records through clerical and administrative duties. General tasks include payroll processing, accounts payable / accounts receivable, assisting with reporting, research and resolving discrepancies.
Completion of college or other related courses in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Payroll Administration or other related field.
2+ years’ experience in accounting and / or payroll capacity.
