Job summary

Key responsibilities include full cycle accounting, month-end statements, and reporting in line with IMSS and SAT regulations. Fluency in Spanish and English, plus 5+ years relevant experience, are required.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education with a diploma or degree in Accounting / Finance
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Mexican regulations, including tax regs, compliance, payroll processes and REPSE
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Maintain high confidentiality
• Strong computer skills with Excel pivot tables, charts, graphs, lookups and formulas
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Self-motivated with initiative and ability to prioritize under pressure

Position Overview About the Role

We are currently seeking ahighly skilled and knowledgeable Intermediate Financial Accountant to support our dynamic team, with a focus on our Mexico operations. As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for variety of accounting tasks supporting the team. Your pride will be in staying focused and handling a lot of detailed information as well as a variety of tasks will be a vital part as you learn and grow within this diverse and interesting position.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education with a diploma or degree in Accounting / Finance

Compensation

The salary for this role is based on an average of 37.5 hours a week. The estimated range is between $55,000 and $80,000 annually, depending on skills and experience.
