Job summary

EY, a global professional services firm, seeks an experienced Anaplan Manager with a strong track record in designing, developing, and implementing Anaplan solutions to support enterprise planning. You will lead modeling efforts and collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Workforce planning teams.

You will mentor consultants, drive governance, and support sales opportunities while ensuring delivery excellence across projects. Toronto-based role with competitive Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• At least 6–9 years of hands-on Anaplan implementation experience.
• Minimum of 4 end-to-end implementation experiences.
• Strong understanding of EPM processes and governance.
• Experience managing resources and budgets.
• Anaplan certifications are essential; architect cert is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Anaplan models following best practices.
• Gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Lead model design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize planning across functions.
• Perform model optimization, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Manager with strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Anaplan solutions to support enterprise planning and performance management initiatives.

Skills and attributes for success

• At least Anaplan Model Builder Certification (Level 3); Solution Architect Certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Anaplan modeling, formulas, lists, modules, actions, security, selective access, and model optimization.
• Experience with ALM, Data Hubs, CloudWorks, Anaplan UX, and integrations using APIs, Informatica, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar ETL tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Project Management experience is essential. Project Management and/or Agile Certifications is an advantage.

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.

• Toronto: $114,000 to $171,000
