The Town of New Tecumseth is accepting College and University Co-op/Intern student applications to fill one Co-op/Intern position to commence in September 2025 for either a 4-month or 8-month placement.
Our growing community, identified as one of the fastest growing municipalities by Statistics Canada, located about an hour north of Toronto, offers beautiful rural and urban landscapes and diverse opportunities to work in a technologically progressive, public environment.
Reporting to the Manager, Financial Services, this position is responsible for supporting the revenue, accounts payable and procurement units to meet service delivery needs. This will include backfilling activities, performing analytical work and supporting staff on financial services initiatives.
Pay Rate: $20.05 to $22.27 plus 4% vacation pay and optional enrolment in OMERS pension plan
Hours: 35 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
Start Date: May 4, 2026
Location: Town’s Administration Centre in Alliston
