Career Legal seeks an experienced Finance Senior Associate to lead client accounting for multiple international entities. You will act as a mini-FD across several client engagements, preparing monthly management accounts, budgets, and financial analyses.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with at least 3 year’s post qualified experience.
• Experience of working in an international and multi-currency environment preferred.
• Understanding of LLP accounting and a mix of financial control, reporting and operational finance experience.
• Excellent communication skills, gravitas and professionalism.
• Flexible team player, capable of delivering excellent work in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.

Responsibilities

• Building client relationships and trust to operate as mini-FD to several of our clients
• Preparing monthly management accounts and annual budgets
• Preparing reports and ad-hoc analysis to support decision making
• Engaging Partners on billing, credit control and drawings
• Preparation of draft annual financial accounts
• Build and maintain balance sheet monthly reconciliation processes
• Maintaining financial controls for client UK and overseas entities
• Maintaining Partner current accounts and tax reserves
• Helping select and set up new practice management systems and finance processes as new clients on-board
• Approving payments and transfers from bank accounts
• Handling accounting, tax, VAT and other finance queries
