Job summary

Aritzia is growing its Lease Transaction Services team in Vancouver, responsible for managing and executing payments for all leased spaces. The Senior Analyst/Analyst will support collection and maintenance of leasing data, ensure timely payments, and manage day-to-day communications and reporting.

Ideal candidates have experience in transactional processing in large organizations, proficiency with Excel, and a willingness to learn Aritzia's leadership principles.

Qualifications

• Experience in a large company transactional processing.
• Experience working with large data sets and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
• CPA or public accounting experience is an asset.
• Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Capture and maintain lease payment information, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and accessibility.
• Ensure lease payments are made accurately and in a timely manner.
• Enable the seamless execution of lease administration and payments in line with lease obligations and compliance requirements.

THE TEAM

The mission of the Lease Transaction Services Department is to ensure the accurate and timely execution of rent and lease-related payments.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Lease Transaction Services team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for managing and executing the payments for all leases across Aritzia's spaces. As the Senior Analyst / Analyst, Lease Transaction Services, you will support with the collection and maintenance of leasing payment information, the accurate and timely execution of payments, and managing the day-to-day communications and reporting related to leasing payments. THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Analyst / Analyst, Lease Transaction Services, has:

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience:
• A comparable transactional processing role in a large company
• Working with large data sets and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel)
• CPA or public accounting experience is an asset

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $50,000 - $150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
