You will manage financial reporting, accounting operations, and stakeholder-facing tasks, helping ensure accurate and timely information drives business decisions. The role allows you to work across multiple functions, streamline finance processes, and support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Accountabilities
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Support audits, due diligence, and investor reporting while ensuring GAAP compliance.
  • Maintain financial dashboards, perform variance analysis, and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage and improve Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes end-to-end.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accuracy and timely financial closures.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management initiatives.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to scaling finance and operations functions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and cash-basis accounting, financial reporting, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with AR/AP processes and reconciliations.
  • Experience preparing reports for leadership, investors, or external stakeholders.
  • High ownership mindset, ability to handle ambiguity, and adapt to fast-changing priorities.
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
