IKO Industries Ltd. is seeking a Finance MDM Analyst to govern master data across ERP and enterprise systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies. The role collaborates with Finance, Controllers, IT, and business stakeholders to support reporting and ERP initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in Finance MDM, strong data governance, and ERP experience (JD Edwards). This position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Finance Master Data Management, Finance Operations, ERP support, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data management disciplines including master data operations, governance, data quality, and data analysis.
• Experience with finance and accounting processes and/or managing Finance Master Data within an ERP system.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information to various audiences.

Responsibilities

• Govern the lifecycle of finance master data across ERP and enterprise systems.
• Manage finance master data objects including General Ledger Accounts, Cost Centers, Business Units, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Company Codes, Customers and Vendors, Chart of Accounts.
• Execute master data setup and configuration within ERP and enterprise systems.
• Coordinate master data requests and workflows to ensure data quality standards and SLAs.
• Perform data quality checks and resolve duplicates, inaccuracies, or incomplete records.
• Support ERP implementations, conversions, and finance-related projects.
