A leading food manufacturing company in Winnipeg is looking for a Finance Specialist to ensure accurate financial reporting and support management teams. The role requires 5+ years of experience in ERP environments, preferably SAP, and a post-secondary education in finance or business. Key responsibilities include reporting plant results, managing budgets, and coaching non-financial managers. Reporting to the Site Finance Lead, this position plays a critical role in the plant’s financial success and provides support to the plant finance and management teams. The role requires the incumbent to work closely with various functional groups and levels to identify opportunities to improve results within the plant. This position is responsible for ensuring accuracy of plant financial reporting. Any MLF team member interested in being considered for this role are encouraged to apply online by January 20.
