Job summary

Aspire Software, an Operating Group of Valsoft Corp, seeks an experienced Finance Manager to join the growing team in Canada. The role reports to the Director of Finance and oversees period-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory reporting for a portfolio of acquired companies.

Qualifications

• ACCA with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years in a finance role, including 2+ years in team management.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Experience with NetSuite is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee period-end close, budgeting, forecasting and statutory reporting.
• Drive KPI analysis and monthly/quarterly reviews for portfolio companies.
• Lead a high-performing finance team in a decentralized environment.
• Support NetSuite rollout and improvements to financial systems.
• Coordinate audits and ensure robust internal controls.
