Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience working within a not-for-profit sector.
  • Knowledge of Indigenous Culture and history affecting Indigenous women.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Indigenous language is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations and report production.
  • Lead financial analysis and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders for business strategy.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field
Ability to prepare financial statements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and management skills
Proven ability to build trusting relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Valid Ontario “G” driver’s license
