Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Finance Manager will manage the day-to-day financial operations of the Ontario Native Women’s Association and ensure timely production of reports for management and governance. They will lead and manage a team to ensure the financial planning function across the organization, meeting the highest level of customer service. This role partners heavily with cross functional leaders, including the Director of Finance, to develop business strategies to achieve both near and long-term goals.
The Finance Manager will lead financial analysis and is accountable for ensuring integrity within core processes while mitigating risk to the organization. They will ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative standards and plan for continuous improvement and efficiency. The Finance Manager will be responsible for providing support and analytics to the Director of Finance to ensure the attainment of strategic goals, risk management and key business plans for the Ontario Native Women’s Association.

The full salary range for this role is $87,000 - $107,574. ONWA conducts annual performance reviews, and employees may be eligible for salary adjustments based on performance outcomes and available funding.
