With a team of nearly 1,250 employees, we are looking to expand our business and are currently hiring a Subprime Finance Manager for the Universal Ford team. The role requires integrity, professionalism, confidence, strong decision‑making ability, drive and a desire to excel in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Establish finance forecasting in combination with sales forecasting to achieve desired percentage of penetration and income.
  • Manage all rate quotations, insurance fees and financing, respond to post‑delivery customer inquiries (such as warranty and loan payouts).
  • Forward documents to obtain approval on financing to the appropriate sources, and prepare appropriate delivery and submit paperwork for outside sources.
  • Develop incentives for salespeople to sell insurance and financing in accordance with dealership policies.
  • Educate salespeople in effective practices and procedures for selling financing.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of auto sales, finance and insurance experience.
  • Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets and word processing programs, and proficiency with email.
  • Confidence, self‑motivation, enthusiasm and drive.
  • Secondary School (high school) diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Valid driving licence (required).
