Job summary

A human resources advisory firm in Alberta is seeking a temporary role providing critical support to their Finance team and light HR administrative support. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual matching and verification of Purchase Orders and supplier invoices.
  • Support invoice processing and prepare vendor payment schedules.
  • Assist in creating Sales Orders and Sales Invoices.
  • Maintain basic HR records and support holiday office activities.
