THE TEAM

The mission of the Network Inventory Department is to uphold the accuracy of inventory in our financial systems by supporting the identification and remediation of inventory discrepancies.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Network Inventory team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for ensuring our electronic inventory movements are accurately represented throughout the network and across multiple systems. You will play a pivotal role in improving our inventory accuracy across our retail and supply chain networks by leading process optimization of inventory movements identified through management reporting, inventory counts, and root cause analysis. THE ROLE

As the Director, Network Inventory, you will lead the team to:

  • Set the standards and procedures for how we count our inventory to ensure our physical inventory aligns with our systemic inventory
  • Ensure timely and accurate alignment of systemic and physical inventory
  • Provide accurate inventory insights and enable informed decision making
  • Ensure inventory is governed consistently throughout Aritzia
  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day‑to‑day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Director, Network Inventory, has:

  • Proven and best‑in‑class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience in:
    • Implementing and managing RFID
    • Inventory, Accounting, Data Analysis or related field
    • Data analysis tools, BigQuery and SQL are preferredCPA designation is preferred
  • A commitment to learn, apply, champion and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The skills to collaborate strategically with cross‑functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
  • The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $150,000‑$200,000 CAD per year. The final agreed‑upon salary may vary based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for a bonus and equity. We are always looking for top talent. If your qualifications differ from those listed above, the scope of work and final agreed‑upon salary may be adjusted to reflect your individual qualifications.
