Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a CPA-qualified finance leader to design and produce financial and operating analyses for management, shaping profitability insights by project, client, and team. You will design KPIs and dashboards, implement AI-driven improvements, and support monthly close, budgeting, and forecasting.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience, leadership capabilities, and a track record in services or technology sectors, with proficiency in Zoho Analytics, Power BI, and LLMs.

Qualifications

• Hold a CPA designation and have 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Proven mastery of the full accounting cycle.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations.
• Detail-oriented, rigorous, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency with technology tools, notably Zoho Analytics, Power BI, and LLMs.
• Interest in applying AI to finance.
• Demonstrated leadership, ability to supervise a team, and to act as interim head of finance.
• Experience in a services company or in the technology sector.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce financial and operational analyses to support management in interpreting financial information and making strategic decisions.
• Analyze profitability by project, client, and team, and produce cost and margin analyses to support pricing decisions.
• Design, produce, and maintain the organization's KPIs and dashboards, ensuring data reliability and consistency.
• Administer financial systems, deploy new technology tools, and lead improvement and automation projects, including initiatives using artificial intelligence.
• Support the monthly close and variance analysis to assist with month-end financial statements.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting, and contribute to the regular updating of financial projections.
• Collaborate in overseeing contracts, legal compliance, and the supervision and mentoring of the finance team.
