Qualifications

Air is a Creative Ops System for creative teams. Our product automates the mindless tasks that creatives and marketers do every day to manage content and unlocks creativity through image recognition, automated versioning, and approval workflows. We launched in March 2021 and have raised +$70m from world-class venture capital groups including Avenir, Tiger Global, Headline Ventures, Lerer Hippeau, WndrCo, and Slack Ventures.

This role requires in-office attendance at least 3 days/week in our Toronto office.

We are growing our Strategic Finance team to support the next stage of scale. This role will report to the VP of Finance & BizOps and partner directly with Go-to-market ("GTM") leadership, GTM Ops, and Analytics to improve our posture across Marketing, Sales, and Customer. You will lead cross-functional, strategic initiatives, and you will develop framework and analyses that help us scale with discipline and clarity.

Core Responsibilities
GTM Strategic Finance
  • Build and maintain finance dashboards and models that drive full funnel visibility and insights.
  • Partner with GTM leaders and Analytics to support the Weekly Revenue Review cadence.
  • Lead and refine GTM campaign ROI analysis, including campaign spend attribution and ROI framework.
  • Own and present weekly ARR forecast and month end ARR close / reconciliation.
Quota & Capacity Planning
  • Partner with Revenue leaders to run quarterly quota and capacity planning efforts.
  • Manage quarter end quota attainment and commission analyses.
  • Support PeopleOps in commission execution to ensure timely payout.
Deal Desk & Revenue Operations
  • Support the Director of RevOps with deal contract review and closing process in Salesforce.
  • Manage customer provisioning and Stripe product catalog updates end-to-end post-sales.
  • Partner with Customer team to improve quote-to-cash process.
  • Monitor receivables, perform collections follow-up, and reconcile customer accounts in Stripe.
Strategic & Operational Projects
  • Lead ad-hoc strategic analyses, such as ROI on new initiatives, pricing & packaging changes.
  • Improve GTM operations and automation by building or leveraging AI tools.
  • Proactively flag inefficiencies and drive policy or process improvement to scale GTM operations.

  • Obsessed with how AI and automation will reshape finance & operations.
  • 1-4 years of experience investment Banking, private equity, or management consulting (bonus point if you’ve worked at a startup)
  • Proficiency in SQL and BI tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency (or working knowledge) of the latest AI automation tools.
