Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manages residents’ financial accounts and processes necessary adjustments.
  • Handles billing and claims by preparing invoices and claims for residents.
  • Ensures account reconciliation by matching issued and received invoices.
  • Prepares confidential financial reports to the Health Authority quarterly.
  • Assists the Business Manager with financial projects and inquiries.
  • Monitors outstanding accounts and follows up on delinquencies.
  • Inputs charges and payments into the billing system accurately.
  • Compiles and reports statistical and financial data as needed.
