THE TEAM

The mission of the Payroll Department is to process employee compensation accurately and on time while ensuring compliance.

As the Associate, Payroll, Voucher, you will support with the effective processing of employee vouchers. THE ROLE

As the Associate, Payroll, Voucher, you will:

  • Monitor and manage the intake of staff voucher requests
  • Ensure staff voucher requests are properly received with complete and accurate information
  • Process and issue staff vouchers in alignment with Aritzia standards
THE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:
    • Data entry
    • Problem-solving
    • Managing multiple deliverables
    • POS Systems
    • Microsoft Office, including Excel & Sharepoint
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000 -$60,000 CAD annually. The final agreed-upon wage may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
