About the job
  • Support Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) tax claim
  • Keep track of the financial reporting and identifying potential financial risks
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly expense forecast and yearly budget
  • Be familiar with the companies policies, communicate and coordinate internal and external inquiries/requests
  • Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders and note taking
  • Other duties as required or assigned
About the ideal candidate
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Self-directed and able to effectively work both independently and as part of a team
  • Highly motivated, detail orientated individual with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines within a high demand environment
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI etc.)
