We’re seeking a Finance Administrator to join our head office team in Kelowna, BC, with a background in finance or accounting and hands‑on experience in administrative support, data entry, and AP processes. This is a full‑time, in‑office role based at our Kelowna head office.
As a Finance Administrator you’ll provide reliable financial administration that keeps our operations running smoothly—managing utilities and monthly reporting, supporting AP processes, ensuring vendor compliance, and resolving issues quickly—so our teams can focus on their core work.
