Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a telecommunications technician or in a similar field service role.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, telecommunications systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and testing equipment common in the industry.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and repair telecommunications equipment, including routers, switches, modems, and customer premises equipment (CPE).
• Perform troubleshooting of network and service issues, diagnosing faults and implementing corrective actions.
• Activate and test new customer services, ensuring functionality and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of network infrastructure to prevent service disruptions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures during all field operations.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, work performed, and inventory used.
