The ideal candidate has a Journeyperson Heavy Duty Technician certificate and 4-5 years of related experience. Proficient communication skills and customer service experience are essential. Qualifications

• 4-5 years related experience in repair and installation of material handling, construction, and forestry equipment.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Willingness to participate in training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose components and equipment for servicing needs.
• Service and repair equipment in the shop and in the field for the customer.
• Communicate with equipment owners regarding servicing and repairs.
• Maintain service records and complete service paperwork.
