Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in residential construction, general labor, or handyman work.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs, bend, kneel, and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Educate residents on product functionality and maintenance.
• Conduct basic home energy assessments using an app.
• Provide energy-saving guidance through demonstrations and reports.
