We are now looking for a Field Technician. This role is responsible for the coordination management and execution of Field Services activities in support of other Service Functions (SF) within Operations and Engineering. The primary focus is on in-site activities to ensure services provided to customers remain continuously available and meet defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
This is a local role predominantly involving on-site support for Operations and some SIP functions particularly in connection with engineering or deployment activities. Additionally the Field Technician is expected to ensure all work is executed in compliance with Project OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) requirements.

Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan : Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the units objectives individual performance and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 18 days of accrued vacation 3-5 personal days (depending on role) 10 holidays 1 volunteer day and sick days.
