The role requires at least 2 years as a construction surveyor, strong experience with Trimble GNSS and Robotic equipment, a Geomatics or Land Survey Technology diploma, a valid Class 5 license, and willingness to commute to Boston Bar, BC.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a construction surveyor.
• Proficient with Trimble GNSS and Robotic equipment.
• Diploma in Geomatics or Land Survey Technology (1–2 years).
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Execute precise field layouts based on construction plans.
• Perform topographical surveys and layout surveys for penstock systems.
• Use CAD for quantity calculations and data extraction.
• Establish and document control points across project sites.
• Conduct field calculations with high accuracy.
• Operate GPS setups and third-party control networks, including Trimble equipment.
• Maintain safety and environmental procedures on site.
• Work independently with reliability across multiple sites.
