The Aamjiwnaang–Vertex Joint Venture is seeking a Field Supervisor in Sarnia who is ready to take the next step as a leader. This role is a unique opportunity to help build, lead, and grow a local field services team while delivering high‑quality emissions monitoring services for industry and the Aamjiwnaang community.
As Field Supervisor, you will play a key role in shaping how field services are delivered in the Sarnia area. You will have the opportunity to build your own team, mentor and develop local talent, and help expand both industrial LDAR services and community‑based emissions monitoring programs. This position is ideal for someone who wants more than just a supervisory title and is motivated to grow into a long‑term leadership role within the organization.
The role combines hands‑on field leadership with quality oversight, relationship building, and business development. You will work closely with industrial clients, community partners, and Vertex leadership to ensure work is done safely, accurately, and with respect for community values. Your work will directly contribute to local capacity building, environmental protection, and meaningful benefits for the Aamjiwnaang community.
Priority consideration will be given to qualified members of the Aamjiwnaang First Nation.

Direct Reports: Field Technicians and Community Monitoring Staff as assigned
