Our client, an equipment manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to support customers across Canada.

This role is ideal for a skilled technician who enjoys working independently, troubleshooting complex systems, and providing exceptional customer support. The position is based in the Toronto area and involves regular travel throughout Canada with occasional trips to the U.S.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to customer sites across Canada to provide service, troubleshooting, and repair support for construction equipment.
  • Offer remote technical support to customers over the phone, diagnosing issues and guiding on-site personnel through solutions.
  • Read and interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics to diagnose and repair equipment effectively.
  • Complete all required service reports, expense documentation, and billing details accurately and on time.
  • Manage schedule independently, balancing planned service calls with emergency response needs.
  • Represent the company professionally while building strong customer relationships.
