Qualifications for a Field Service Technician

• Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
• Valid driver\'s license and CDL
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agriculture equipment
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent organizational and planning capabilities related to workflow management
• Superior customer service skills related to identifying customer needs and solution implementation

• 5+ years of experience in performing service repairs

The Role

Schedule: This is a full-time position that primarily operates outside of the dealership. Expect a flexible schedule with after-hours and on-call support required to meet customer needs.

Each day as a Field Service Technician is dynamic and rewarding. Your morning starts by checking your schedule and heading out in your fully-equipped service vehicle to your first on-site job. You diagnose and repair various pieces of agricultural equipment, from tractors to combines, ensuring they operate at peak performance.
