What You'll Do
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair heating equipment at customer sites and shops.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment rent‑ready.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
  • Train customers on safe and proper use of equipment.
  • Travel up to 50% across North America—no two days are the same!
What We're Looking For

Mechanical/technical background (diesel, HVAC, or similar).

Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.

Comfortable working independently and on the road.

Safety‑focused and customer‑driven.

Experience dealing with customers and a strong focus on customer service

Good communication skills, along with regular use of cell phones and laptops

Valid driver's license and ability to haul trailers if needed

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, safety‑first oriented environment
