Job summary

Best Buy Canada is seeking a field technical service representative to deliver, install and repair technology in customers’ homes across Ottawa, Ontario. This role requires a customer-first mindset and a willingness to learn, with training provided.

You will assess technology needs, respond to questions, maintain vehicles and equipment, and deliver an exceptional customer experience at every interaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Successful completion of criminal background check.
• Enthusiasm to support and assist customers.
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide delivery, installation and repair of the latest tech in customers’ homes.
• Help customers determine their technology needs and respond to their questions.
