How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Lead service projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment
  • Define project plans and allocate tasks across internal and external teams
  • Monitor progress and provide performance feedback to drive results
  • Oversee project financials including invoicing, cost control, and cash flow
  • Identify and manage risks while capturing lessons learned
  • Support procurement and supplier negotiations in collaboration with Supply Chain
  • Act as the key contact for customers and elevate project issues when needed
  • Ensure all activities comply with HSE policies and promote a safe work environment
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Your Background
  • Minimum of 2+ years of project management experience, ideally in the energy sector
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Strong understanding of HV switchgear, power transformers, and substations
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English & French (mandatory)
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada
