How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Lead service projects from initiation to close‑out, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
  • Define project plans and allocate tasks across internal and external teams.
  • Monitor progress and provide performance feedback to drive results.
  • Oversee project financials, including invoicing, cost control, and cash flow.
  • Identify and manage risks while capturing lessons learned.
  • Support procurement and supplier negotiations in collaboration with Supply Chain.
  • Act as the key contact for customers and escalate project issues when needed.
  • Ensure all activities comply with HSE policies and promote a safe work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, ideally in the energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of HV switchgear, power transformers, and substations.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; French is optional.
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that permits employment for Hitachi Energy in Canada.
