Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience in service/maintenance within the scientific industry.
- Understanding of robotic liquid handling equipment will be an advantage.
- Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Provide after-sales service support and repair of laboratory/analytical equipment.
- Respond to customer requests and troubleshoot problems.
- Prepare service reports and perform preventive maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide after-sales service support, installation, commissioning, and repair of laboratory/ research/ analytical equipment
- Provide technical consultation to customers
- To respond to customers’ requests by troubleshooting problems and take corrective actions within targeted timeline
- To prepare service reports
- Able to understand technical drawing/troubleshooting charts
- High level of electrical/electronic troubleshooting down to component level.
- Experience with analytical instrument and related installation/preventive maintenance/service procedure
- Able to learn and assimilate new technology quickly
- Provide quality repair and preventive maintenance service of company analytical equipment at customer site
REQUIREMENTS and TECHNICAL
- Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Able to work independently and a team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented , self-starter and coachable
- High Level of troubleshooting attitude and adapt to multi-tasking environment
- Ability to work under pressure and strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with good business acumen
