Lyles Services Co. is seeking a Field Safety Representative to help implement the Injury and Illness Prevention Program across our construction projects.
You will work with management to develop safety policies, conduct audits, and provide training to promote a Zero Incident Safety Culture. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in safety or related field, at least two years of construction safety experience, and familiarity with Cal/OSHA, OSHA and DOT regulations.

Position Description
This position is responsible to assist in the implementation of the Lyles Construction Group’s Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP). In addition, this position will work closely with management to develop and implement safety policies and procedures, conduct safety audits, and provide training to promote safety awareness and a Zero Incident Safety Culture.
