Job description
Overview

Take the next step in your retail merchandising career, as a Full-time Retail Merchandiser to support the in-store execution for our leading CPG client. In this role, you will execute a range of in-store merchandising tasks, from shelf stocking to display creation, ensuring product availability and store compliance with planograms.

This is a full-time weekday role on a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension. Apply today and become part of our dynamic team!

Responsibilities
  • Implement in-store merchandising activities based on plan-o-grams and schematic layouts, including resets.
  • Plan coverage, set priorities by reviewing call objectives, follow-ups from previous calls, organize required tools and materials to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ensure promotional display compliance, identify opportunities, correct voids and out of stocks by merchandising shelves/displays, identify locations to secure incremental displays, place POS materials on shelves/displays, check product dates and rotate stock.
  • Communicate effectively with store staff regarding tasks, sales activities, promotions, client objectives and work completed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain an effective working relationship with store staff to meet company and client objectives.
Qualifications
  • Previous merchandising or sales experience.
  • Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to work independently and engage effectively with others.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Physical ability to lift and move up to 30-50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
