As the Field Operations & Logistics Manager for Nova Scotia, you’ll own the end‑to‑end operational execution that keeps Clutch moving. You’ll oversee day‑to‑day logistics, fleet management, and local field operations—ensuring every vehicle meets our high quality standards and every customer receives a seamless, on‑time delivery experience.
You’ll lead a motivated team of Field Specialists, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. As the key liaison between our centralized operations, customer support, and on‑the‑ground teams, you’ll play a critical role in aligning strategy with execution—driving operational excellence, optimizing workflows, and ensuring customer delight across the Maritimes.
