HC Field Marketing Job Description

Define and implement specific marketing plan & budgets for your segment for ensuring customer loyalty and selling additional solutions and services to existing & new customers. All in line with sales & growth objectives in China

You cover the broad scope of marketing activities/campaigns, including events, media & PR, AdWords, online / social advertising, digital marketing, market research, …

Develop specific launch goals, plans and strategies

Manage all channel marketing activities, with a strong focus on channel communication and lead generation

Manage the end-to-end lead process, constantly looking at ways to improve the intake and conversion of the lead funnel by e.g. developing nurturing process to turns prospects into customers and upsell or cross sell existing customers on new solutions & services.

Identify customers who are willing to participate in testimonials, case studies or references. Capture share stories and advocate in a variety of programs.

Become the subject matter expert for your market(s): you understand the market & customer needs and feed these insights to headquarters to ensure the region’s future performance

Align with and secure buy-in from multiple stakeholders, including sales and HQ Segment marketing

Report on campaign success and business contribution

Prepare market analysis, competitor analysis and value documents and product positioning. ( Based on Global Product MKT sharing )

Provides content and selection to marketing collateral, and provides content to product press release. ( Based on Global Product MKT sharing )

Collaborate closely with product management to translate the value propositions into a winning solution portfolio and concrete product and services

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • 5 years of work experience (medical industry preferred)
  • Medical-related study background
  • Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
