Job summary

Raise is hiring a Lab Sampling Technician for field sampling operations in Christina Lake, Alberta. The role involves collecting water, gas, hydrocarbons, soil, and other materials with strict safety and regulatory compliance.

FIFO transportation and a 7 days on / 7 days off rotation support on-site field work. The position pays $33.09–$40.36 per hour, depending on experience, with start and end dates of 11/13/2026 to 11/12/2027.

Qualifications

• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's License required.
• Ability to work independently in field environments.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Support laboratory operations and sampling activities in the field.
• Perform routine and non-routine field sampling of water, gas, hydrocarbons, soil, and other materials.
• Conduct analyses as required to support operations and stakeholder requests.
• Troubleshoot sampling-related issues and maintain sample integrity.
• Log and track samples using SampleManager and complete data entry.
