Job summary

Britespan Building Systems Inc is seeking a skilled Building Installer Labourer to support on-site construction across Ontario. You will operate various tools and equipment and perform tasks assigned by the Install Supervisor.

The role involves travelling to multiple site locations in Ontario, long days, and potential overtime based on project needs. A strong safety mindset and ability to work outdoors are essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary education or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
• Criminal record check with ability to be approved for secure sites is required.
• WHMIS, aerial lift, and working at heights certifications or ability to obtain through employment.
• Knowledge of building construction, especially fabric buildings, is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
• Perform multiple building construction related tasks.
• Keep work sites orderly and safe.
• May operate forklift to load, unload, transport and store goods.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent travel for extended periods with transportation, meals and accommodations provided.
