Job summary

Leaf Home Solutions is seeking a Field Gutter Installer to manage daily gutter installations and fabrication activities for a busy field office in Regina, Canada. You will drive a company vehicle, coordinate with third‑party installers, and ensure high-quality results on each site.

The role emphasizes hands-on installation, customer service, and strict adherence to safety policies, with opportunities for development and career growth within a large home‑improvement network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or gutter installation.
• Active driver’s license and ability to operate a box truck.
• Detail-oriented with strong installation quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel in assigned territory to complete gutter installations at customer locations.
• Ensure daily installations to improve location attainment and effectiveness.
• Work with LeafFilter teams and subcontractors for fabrication/installation of gutters and protection products.
• Provide quality installation by following established training processes.
• Communicate with local office leadership on progress, issues, and completion status.
• Provide excellent customer service on job sites.
• Maintain organized job documents for customers and office.
• Follow safety rules and OSHA guidelines.
• Must be able to operate a box truck safely and climb ladders as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Position Summary:

Responsible for daily gutter installation operations of a field office including successful completion of full onsite customer installations as well as gutter fabrication and delivery to customer location for third-party installation contractors. Operation of both a company vehicle and gutter machine in varying field conditions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Travel in assigned territory to complete gutter and gutter protection installations at customer location(s)
• Ensure jobs are installed daily to improve location attainment and effectiveness
• Work with teams of LeafFilter employees and/or Subcontractors to complete gutter fabrication and/or installations of gutters and gutter protection products
• Provide quality installation services by following established installation training processes
• Communicate with local office leadership daily and as needed on job progress, service issues, completion status, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service experience while on job site
• Maintain organized job documents for both the customer and office administrative purposes
• Follow established job site safety rules, OSHA guidelines and company safety policies and procedures
• Must hold active and valid drivers license and be able to operate a box truck safely
• Must be comfortable ascending and descending ladders of varying heights to perform services.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 3+ years of successful experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or gutter installation
• Demonstrate superior quality and attention to detail in all facets of the installation process
• Ability to teach others through hands‑on and documentation‑based learning methods
• Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without “dropping the ball”.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy, team‑oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “today not tomorrow” mentality.
• Apply active listening skills through the ability to comprehend information presented and respond thoughtfully.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:

• Experience in gutter and/or gutter protection system installation, repair, or inspection.
