Job summary

A leading clinical research organization in Toronto seeks a Clinical Research Associate to act as the primary contact for investigational sites. The successful candidate will conduct site visits, ensure compliance with regulations, and monitor patient safety. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Competitive benefits and a collaborative environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of on-site monitoring experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
• Eligible to work in Canada without visa sponsorship.
• Experience across multiple therapeutic areas including Oncology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between sites and the sponsor.
• Conduct site visits including monitoring and close-outs.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and Health Canada regulations.
