Responsibilities

• Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment.
• Participate in Service Training programs.
• Maintain knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
• Maintain condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.
• Complete reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments.
• Follow safety rules and regulations while performing work.
• Provide field service support to customers.

Skills

Agriculture Service Repair Experience

Basic repairs and maintenance using special tools

Mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems knowledge

Proficient oral and written communication

Ability to lift 75 lbs.

Ability to use Service Advisor and basic computer functions

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent experience
