We are looking for an enthusiastic worker to join our team of professional fiberglass technicians with experience in the industry.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Works safely

  • Is able to prioritize workloads and able to work independently as well as with a team.
  • Has a positive attitude
  • Is respectful and can work well with others
  • Enjoys a challenge and has excellent problem solving skills
  • Has experience in using fiberglass spray equipment such as a chopper gun and gelcoater is mandatory.
Job Duties
  • Operate laminating equipment and hand tools to apply fiberglass to molds, trim polish products
  • Assemble fiberglass products
  • Read and interpret production drawings and specifications
  • Prepare molds for part fabrication
  • Inspect and repair any defects in products
  • Operate grinders, trimmers, buffers, drills and spray equipment
Working Conditions
  • Handling heavy loads up to 23 kg
  • Physically demanding
  • Standing, kneeling, crouching and walking
