Job summary

Integrated Market Solutions Inc is seeking an Installation & Repair Technician to install and repair Residential Telecommunication services on the road, delivering timely, professional service to customers.

Training provided; you will work with fiber optic and coax connections using industry leading test equipment. A Class G Licence is required, and a company car is part of the benefits.

Qualifications

• Class G Licence(s) required.
• Residential telecom installation and repair experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair fiber optic and coax connections for residential customers.
• Respond to calls in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Use industry-leading test equipment to diagnose and resolve service issues.

Job description

The position of “Installation & Repair Technician” will be responsible for the installation and repair of Residential Telecommunication services, ensuring calls are responded to and processed in a timely manner with a professional approach to customer satisfaction. Full Training and Tools provided to install and repair Fiber Optic and Coax connections to customers using industry leading test equipment.
